Military friendly! Highly recommend! I’ve been a patient with Ross Dermatology since 2023. Best treatment and care around, hands down. Jenna, Mercedes, and team are experts and leave you feeling confident that are in the right care. They get it right the first time and never take long to get you in to be seen. They even provided a helpful letter to the VA to ensure proper diagnosis and service connection. Dr. Ross flawlessly performed a minor surgical procedure that was botched previously in the military.

I was a little nervous about my appointment because of some reviews I had read on yelp and wherever else. However, I am SO GLAD I went and saw Casey the PA. The staff was great and Casey was so sweet and was on top of my problem. She prescribed 3 different medications and it was sent to the pharmacy right then. No issues at all and really quick. I was in and out within 35-45 mins for first time patient. Very happy! Office was clean. I’ll definitely recommend Ross Dermatology- (Casey Angell) that’s the only one I have seen. Can’t speak for the others.

My experience with Dr. Ruman was the best anyone could expect. She was thorough and very compassionate. She automatically knew exactly how to address my condition. Company back for the moon. I highly recommend this Practice.

The WHOLE BODY skin check only took 3 minutes. The back of my legs or under my arms were never looked at. It was all done with such a quick scan and all just with the naked eye. My previous dermatologists always used a dermatoscope to look at any irregularities. I do not feel like I was looked at seriously. I was so flustered by the speed that I couldn't even process, let alone voice my concerns. After leaving the above response privately over 3 weeks ago, I got a response, "Oh no! We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations." Then it left this link to leave a public review... I gave them time to reply before leaving this public review. I still haven't heard from anyone.

Outstanding professionalism

Ken is really great, especially in explaining differences in various skin lesions and what to do or not do in terms of care. I do wish more of the providers would either hand you a paper or email you what should constitute follow-up care, e.g., after having lesions frozen, what's the follow-up care? Still, a great place filled with great, helpful & positive staff.

Dr Ross is the best!! Simple as that. She provides excellent, professional care. And, FYI she’s a nice person too.

PA Angel is great. She’s though, patient, and takes her time explaining things in a way that you can understand. The entire staff at the LaVernia office is professional but they treat you like family and like you matter I normally don’t do reviews but they deserve the recognition. Professional, polite, friendly staff. Experienced doctor who does fabulous cosmetic dermatology using cutting edge materials and techniques.

On the recommendation of Dr. Frank Wright, I saw Dr. Ross to check a few moles/spots on my face; she was professional, informative, and supportive regarding the procedures we were going to follow to treat the moles/spots. The procedures were painless and non-invasive. During the follow-up appointment two-weeks later, I saw Casey, Dr. Ross's PA, who examined the mole removals for healing and went over the biopsy results. Casey was personable yet professional while providing a detailed explanation regarding the results of the biopsies. I appreciate the care and communication that Dr. Ross, Casey, and all office personnel provided me during my visits.

She was awesome and quick and the girls in the reception were also awesome and helpful. I loved it there. I don't typically go to the doc but when I go I dont like going because usually something can go wrong and at this clinic everything was smooth. It was also a super friendly environment, answered all my questions and was trustworthy. They are so knowledgeable!

I was seen promptly at my Appointment time. Staff was very helpful and visit was great.

Dr. Davis is kind and patient. I believe he really wants positive results right away, but sometimes slow is best. He's trying to clear up my Seborrheic Keritosis on my face. He just increased the strength of my Tretinoin, and tried a new treatment. We'll see how things go in a month.

The staff at Ross Dermatology is amazing! I am beyond thankful my doctor recommended them! I suffer from psoriasis & have most of my life, but recently it was out of control!
