I do wish more of the providers would either hand you a paper or email you what should constitute follow-up care, e.g., after having lesions frozen, what's the follow-up care? On the recommendation of Dr. Frank Wright, I saw Dr. Ross to check a few moles/spots on my face; she was professional, informative, and supportive regarding the procedures we were going to follow to treat the moles/spots. The procedures were painless and non-invasive. During the follow-up appointment two-weeks later, I saw Casey, Dr. Ross's PA, who examined the mole removals for healing and went over the biopsy results. Casey was personable yet professional while providing a detailed explanation regarding the results of the biopsies. I appreciate the care and communication that Dr. Ross, Casey, and all office personnel provided me during my visits.

Disappointed that I was not informed that I was booked for a different doctor after I had requested for Dr Ross, as she is my dermatologist. I signed in for Dr Ross. I was not informed she was not in the Office, and I only became aware of her absence when Dr Davis came in to my waiting room. I appreciated he indicated I could reschedule if I wished.
